Limited Availability Items- Many of our unique items are exclusively made for us and therefore are available in limited quantities. This keeps our store and website ahead from other retailers for the consumer's benefit. If an item you have ordered is no longer available due to "first come, first serve" or is a special order, we will contact you withinn 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Vintage Collectible Items- We are expert buyers, not appraisers. Each item listed as vintage means 0 to 100 years old (vintage does not imply antique). We will try to be specific on era of origin, but our estimates are not a guarantee of the item. We list specific details, markings, defects that we can see. Prices are current market value for our area. Prices on vintage collectibles are non-negotiable so no bartering please.

Orders Shipped Outside The Continental U.S.- Shipping could be extra so we will contact you via e-mail with the additional amount if it's needed. Sorry, but we will not allow returns or refunds. Free shipping may not apply if the order is shipped outside the Continental United States. We do not ship Internationally due to the E.U.'s strict guide lines.


5 Day Limited Guarantee:

Please follow these guidelines to return for exchange or refund. Refund will be for cost of item only, not shipping. Consumables such as candy, food, soaps, and lotion are non-returnable. Clothing, shoes, hats, jewelry, and accessories, must be returned in original, new condition we sent to you with the security tag (if applicable) intact. You will be able to try on the item but the tag must still be attached and with no signs of tampering or removal. We do this to protect the integrity of the item for other consumers.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and insurance. No refunds will be issued on any shipping charges. Please email us within 5 days of delivery to you for a return authorization number. Returns are not accepted if you do not contact us after 5 days of delivery and returned items will not be accepted without the R.A. number written clearly on the package. Smith and Western is not responsible for manufacturer defects unless we are contacted within 5 days of delivery. Please enclose a copy of receipt. Your return must arrive to us within 15 days (including weekends) of original delivery to you. We are not responsible for returned items that have been lost or damaged in shipping so please insure it. Refunds will not be issued for lost items. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund. This guarantee only applies for orders shipped inside United States.


Privacy Policy:

We retain copies of your order invoices which include your address, phone number and items ordered. We do not have your credit card number which is never revealed to us except for the last 4 numbers. We do not share your info with anyone. We might email you in regards to sales and special events but this would be very rare. We don't normally send email news letters and announcements.
